Susan Jaye-Kaplan is a Western Massachusetts entrepreneur. She is the co-founder of The Women's Leadership Network, a professional women's support group and Go FIT(c), a health and wellness program for youth and women in underserved communities. Susan also founded the Pioneer Valley Women's Running Club (PVWRC), the region's only all-women's running club and foundation, which currently has over 83 members. A well-known public speaker, Susan often speaks at conferences and colleges about collaboration and marketing strategies for not-for-profit organizations. She has been featured in Runner’s World Magazine and in numerous books and articles on wellness and healthy lifestyle. Susan is the recipient of the Daily Point of Light Award.
Janet M. Crimmins is a graduate of Elms College in Chicopee, MA and holds a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is a licensed Speech and Language Therapist providing communication intervention to children ages 3 - 12 years. Ms. Crimmins specializes in promoting early childhood literacy skills, enhancing language and social pragmatic skills and providing specialized techniques to teachers and parents.
