Link To Libraries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in May 2008, whose mission is to collect and distribute new and gently used books to elementary school libraries and non-profit organizations and to enhance the language and literacy skills of children of all cultural backgrounds.

Save the date for Link to Libraries' celebratory event at the Log Cabin this coming spring. Several children's authors and illustrators, including Diane deGroat, Richard Michelson, Barry Moser, and Ruth Sanderson, will be present to sign and display their books. There will also be wine tasting and a silent auction. We hope you will support our special event with the purchase of tickets or a table. More details to come soon!

Fast Facts
- Link To Libraries has donated books to over 100 sites in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut.
- Link To Libraries has over 21 teen and adult volunteers who keep the organization moving forward.
- Link To Libraries offers 4 Read Aloud Programs: Pre-school, Elementary School, Celebrity series and a new Senior Project Series - a collaboration to engage active senior residents at Reeds Landing and Loomis Communities.
- Since its inception in May 2008, Link To Libraries has donated over 25,000 books to area non-profits and public elementary schools. In the 2010 fiscal year, Link To Libraries has donated over 12,000 books.
- Link To Libraries has no regular paid staff.
